Job Duties:

  • Confer with the creative director and design team to understand client and business needs and deliver compelling design solutions to best meet those needs;
  • Gather information and material for inspiration to deliver on clients’ requirements for website, social media, and graphic designs;
  • Produce high-quality designs and typography to ensure product and deliverables are consistent and with brand direction;
  • Utilize up-to-date technology and best practices to develop and execute a variety of digital and print illustrations, layouts, and production files by designing rough layout of copy regarding arrangement, size, and style first;
  • Follow established workflow and standard operating procedures to prepare final layout by marking and pasting up finished designs and copy;
  • Stay informed about company products, current graphic design trends and tools, and industry developments that may lead to future visual communications opportunities;
  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies if necessary.

Job Requirements:

Master's Degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Six months experience as a graphic designer, visual designer or related position. Must have knowledge of web design and typography skills including HTML, Java, CSS; Knowledge of motion design, 3D design, and photography; and Experience with collaborative interface design tools such as Figma.

Hiring General Manager


OMAKASE LLC is hiring full-time General Manager position.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee the entire restaurant operation at all times;
  • Associating with restaurant needed suppliers, including those for various related supplies and appliances such as washing machines, laundry companies, reservation system companies, and more;
  • Work with employee and management to set and define schedules based on tasks and availability;
  • Create, implement, and oversee training programs for front of house staff;
  • Handling of communication between chefs, mainly head chef, with the front of the house staff
  • Attract and maintain partons by developing marketing strategies and monitoring both food and service quality;
  • Oversight of all actions during service for the front of the house, including employee performance and guests satisfaction;
  • Gather information from guests to help the entire team better understand guests expectation and where improvements can be introduced and implemented;
  • Meet with clients, customers, and guests to understand their needs and the purpose of the planned events;
  • Meet with clients to plan and coordinate special events for high-end customers to deliver on and exceed expectations;
  • Monitor event activities to ensure all guests are satisfied and likely to return; and
  • Review event billing and approve payments.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business or a related field. 6 months experience as Hospitality Manager or related position. Must have Experience with customer service and ensuring that all guests’ needs are met in a timely and efficient manner; Lynda Excel Certified, Serve Safe Certified, and TIPS and state certified.
