How do I request a private chef or catering service?

What is included in the catering service?

  • You can either give us a call anytime during our operating hours (M-Sat 10 AM to 7 PM) or send us an email at

  • Once we have a confirmed date, we will send you a short form to fill out.  Reservations will only be confirmed once payment is received. See Cancellation Policy for more information

  • Both chef and server will be present for the duration of service. If you prefer to practice social distancing and lower risk, the chef will be the sole service provider. Please inform us upon booking

  • Tax and gratuity are not included in the menu. Tips are not mandatory but appreciated.

What are the differences between the two catering menus?

  • Yes! One of the biggest advantages of a private chef is that we tailor the menu specifically to your preference and help you personalize it to include all your favorite options. Please inform us if you wish to personalize the menu upon booking.

  • Our menu is constantly changing due to the availability and freshness of the ingredients in the market. Therefore, we will not be able to provide a specific menu for you until the scheduled date of the event.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer a vegetarian option at this moment. However, our talented chefs will work with and create options for special diet needs.

  • Course A will request at least three people for a catering event, and it only includes premium items such as Uni, Wagyu and Toro.

  • Course B will request only two customers at minimum, and it includes more premium items such as Japanese Uni, Wagyu, Toro and Caviar, but at a higher grade.

Day of Event

What do I have to prepare for the chef?

  • To better serve you, we kindly request our customers to

    • Have room available in the fridge

    • Have a stove and oven available and functioning

    • Have a pot at least 5 inches deep available

  • If you do not have any of the listed equipment, please inform us in advance and we will bring our own.


What is the cancellation policy?

  • You are expected to spend at least 600 dollars and pay the combining total of menu price and tax (does not include gratuity) in advance. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

    • Cancel a week (7 days) prior to the event will result in a full refund

    • Cancel 3 days (72 hours) prior to the event will result in a half refund

    • Cancellation within 3 days (72 hours) will not be refunded.
